Namaste! Welcome to our first-ever Masala Bhangra Workout® Newsletter. We are ecstatic to be celebrating 10 spicy years of The Masala Bhangra Workout. Today, we are a certified fitness program reaching across the country, helping thousands of people to stay physically fit, to enjoy their workout, and to learn all about Indian culture – thanks to Sarina Jain, creator of the program.

We are reaching out to all of our friends who support us by either attending classes, purchasing DVDs, Masala Bhangra Workout music, Masala Bhangra Workout T-shirts, or those who are just interested to hear about all of the exciting things happening with this certified fitness program! It is because of your support that the Masala Bhangra Workout is continiously growing and becoming a household name. We will continue to keep you posted on important updates, events and the latest news related to The Masala Bhangra Workout.

    We just released our latest workout video, Back To Bollywood, where Sarina Jain went back to India to shoot on location in Bollywood! This latest workout DVD is full of great new dance moves set to a 1940’s Bollywood love scene – you are sure to work up a sweat!
